My wife and I decided to invest in a whole house generator by Generac. Whitehart Energy was the company I was referred to by my local electrician. The staff at Whitehart Energy were very professional and treated my Generac install as if it was going into their house. The installation was clean and detailed. I had total confidence in their work ethic, I enjoyed the whole process from the initial install quote to the testing of the generator. Because of this experience Whitehart Energy deserves my 5 star rating. Thank you Chris and Chantal and their crew.

We had our regular maintenance yesterday and are delighted with Chris and Chantal's overall dedication to service. On time, efficient, and always eager to answer questions. They're absolutely totally service oriented.

Made sure gate closed!

Excellent service! Even though we did not purchase our generator from Whitehart, (installed before they sold Generac) we asked if they could service it for us. They've been above and beyond in all aspects but the service tech texting me after he left to let me know he made sure the automatic gate closed securely so I could safely let my dogs out was the BEST! 🌟

"Hands-off" Yippee

We love our Generac and we are impressed with Whitehart's semiannual service. They schedule and arrive on time. Austin is a great member of their service team. As he went through each stage of the servicing, he explained everything. We probably didn't need to know, but understanding the system makes us feel more comfortable. He cleaned the unit so it looks brand new. I'm glad to have a system that is completely "hands-off" for me.

Excellent Service

Whitehart's bi-annual service is beyond compare! Our generator was installed and serviced initially by another company, but the maintenance from Whitehart goes well above what we got elsewhere. Chris is a master electrician and his attention to detail is noteworthy. Check out their site for a list of the 40-point inspection including all voltages, battery health, connections, and more. We know we are in good hands with Whitehart. Highly recommend!

Plan on Waiting

I tried for a month to get them to come out for an initial appointment for service, but kept getting put off. Even though they are closer to my house, I'm looking elsewhere.

Easy to use.

I just purchased this generator and am extremely happy with the product and Whitehart Energy. The folks at Whitehart were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole procedure easy and relaxing. If you are thinking about purchasing a home generator I would strongly recommend making them the company you deal with.

What a great experience!

We found Whitehart Energy after reading their great reviews both here and on Nextdoor, and we are so thankful we did! Our experience with Chantal, Chris and their team was beyond what we could have hoped for. They were responsive, professional, and just great to work with. On top of that, they beat our other quote and we got a bigger generator, one that was better suited for our needs. They spent time with us after install to make sure we understood exactly how it works, and have been available to answer questions since our install. I highly recommend you give them a call - you will be glad you did!

It worked the 2nd day of ownership

Chantal, What an amazing strange morning, Feb 15, just two days after having our Generac fired up and testing it out with propane. We had figured that the Generac would be like Homeowners insurance; have it but hope to never need it. At 11 a.m. the Generac went on automatically; 30 seconds LATER, PEC notified us of the power loss. The Generac had notified us so we were prepared. We were off-line for about ten minutes. Not a major problem, but now we have had a REAL test case. It works seamlessly. Thank you, Brian
