Exceptional service and installation!

I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and his White Rhino Electric team. My generator install was a bit complicated due to the landscape of my property. Ryan was very knowledgeable and efficient, from explaining the plans of the install, pulling the proper permits and sticking to the timeline of installation. He always answered my questions and returned calls promptly. I have had no issues with my generator since installation and I am confident that if I do, White Rhino Electric will promptly respond. I highly recommend White Rhino Electric!

White Rhino Electric was considerable less expensive than our local electrician (2 miles distant). WRE also was on time and despite minor complexity they honored their original estimate. all work was performed professionally including temporary disconnect and reconnect with my electricity supplier. It is my intent to use WRE for a solar installation planned for my new barn.

If you think you'll save money using White Rhino - think again

Even if he has a better deal, you have to consider his legitimacy as an electrician and his responsiveness to your needs. If you don\u2019t feel like reading this entire review, the bottom line is this - he has no business installing generac generators. Call Generac and find out what happens if you run a generator he installs and something goes wrong. In order to maintain your warranty, a certified Generac service provider must validate the install. So although he can technically install your generator, you will void your warranty if you run it and something isn't set up properly. The additional cost of hiring a certified service provider negates any savings Ryan might appear to provide. Save yourself the aggravation and hire a legitimate Generac service provider to install your generator.
