dropped off my Generac XP8000E and got a call back same day with estimated time to service (2 days) then another call two days later to tell me the starter switch was burnt out. That's good service by my standards. I have no reservations about bringing other equipment here for service.

Had a tune up on my generator done last week. Actually came to house and picked up generator and when finished, delivered it back home to me. The people at Grand rental are very nice and really explain things to you. I dealt with Bruce who was wonderful to deal with. Price was VERY good! outstanding service

During the last power outage our generator would not start.A friend told me to head on down to Westvile Grand Rentalas they would be able to help. They brought my generatorinto their shop and called me less than an hour later. They installed a new carb and did an oil change. I figured we would not see it back for a week to a month. It was unbelievable how friendly and professional the staff is at Westville Grand Rental. I have since purchased an automatic standby 14kw from them. and would recommend them to anyone in need of service or a new generator.
