Don't Waste your time

Contacted Generac thru this site for to purchase a new generator for our home. They sent out a rep from this company. They were late to the appointment and seemed difficult when asked questions. Weeks later no estimate and even worse Generac called me to follow up and I told them I had no estimate. Generac rep said they would follow up with them and I will have the estimate shortly....it's now been another couple of weeks and still no estimate or follow up with Generac. Poor customer service to Generac for not following up and/or sending out another company for an estimate and having this company continue to represent this product with other poor reviews. Such a shame. I guess we will be buying the competitors product.

Still waiting for estimate

Had difficult time with scheduling. They seemed rushed and after three weeks we still don't have an estimate.

This dealer has issues and not in a good way

I have an older Generac standby that needed work, and was able to get a local electrician to do most of the work. What he couldnt do he recomended Westfall electric, they came down and checked it out and said they would have to order parts. It's been six months and they haven't even returned my call. The man at the desk said the owner was in charge and I have never been given a reason why he won't service my unit or even tell me why.

These guys are FANTASTIC

The Westfall Group was very professional in all aspects of installation. From initial meeting to completion. We got everything and more of what was to be done with the install. The work was done very quickly and in exceptional time frame. we have them under service contract and monitoring!!!! Highly recommend... Thank You...

I Highly Recommend Westall Electric

My wife and I really enjoyed working with the crew from Westfall Electric. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in a friendly and professional way. When working on the new electrical box inside the house they even wore booties which my wife really appreciated. The only criticism I would have is that they took a little longer than I thought to complete the installation but that was because they were called away on an electrical emergency in a near by town. We are very satisfied over all.

Generac Synergy Installation

I spoke with Rusty and decided on a Generac to back up my rural home in case of power outages. Rusty and his crew were on time, did a great job on the installation and then took the extra time to show me and explain to me how to use it. 1st class all the way and a great generator too. Couldn't be happier and will recommend WestFall Electric to anyone looking for a home backup generator!

They will leave you in the dark

Been trying since Sept 1 to get our Generac fixed. They showed up about a month after the initial call and took the control panel part of it. As of Nov 11 we still do not have any idea how much it will cost or even have a part on order. They say they will get back with us in a couple days, but it's been two months and we still have an expensive, inoperable generator!
