Poor service
The owner was my best friend during the sales phase. Now that our $14,000 generator isn’t working, it’s like pulling teeth to get it functioning. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the installer or Generac’s RMA service, but any small warranty repair takes weeks of back and forth between them and Generac. We’re three months into trying to figure out why our 3 year old generator isn’t working.

the worst
waited 3 mths to put in order even after paid them. we cancelled due to that ripped me off for 1200 supposedly permits that actually are not even required in the county. Would need to sue him in small claims but not worth the time. run the other direction if your smart. occurred 06/2021
