Sloppy on the execution

We've had Weeks for several years to service 4 generators on our property. Had a service contract to come out 2 times a year to service them. Techs were knowledgeable when onsite but when the service contract expired, no one engaged to renew. After realizing the contract had expired, we renewed and had a service in the Spring of this year. Then to prep for hurricane season had them come out to service in May '23. Storm rolls through in late June, and 1 out of 4 work. 1 had the entire intake taken apart as if they were working on it and then simply left in the middle. No communication that they were waiting on a part or anything. Needless to say, we're looking for a new service provider.

Dealer is prompt

I use Weeks Service Company for HVAC at my home and rental properties, and now for a Generac backup power system at my home. They are always prompt in responding to my requests for service.
