no service delivered

Weeks has been unable to deliver service promised for 3 months. We have a broken Generac generator. Weeks has failed to deliver with 3 no shows without any notification and 2 appointments cancelled on the day of service (when I called them) because of "sick" technicians

Weeks Generator Service

Not sure what has happened to Weeks. Been doing business with them for 30 years. Their A/C service is fine (so far), but their generator service is terrible. They have oversold what they can service. My mom called for a repair due to red indicator was lit (problem with generator) and was told the soonest appointment would be 8 weeks. This is unacceptable. It's time to move on from Weeks. Buyer beware!

Poor Service

Very poor. Would not recommend. They cancelled on me twice and then when I asked to reschedule they told me well I see we didn't install it so we are unable to come out and service it. Would have been nice to know up front their policy instead of wasting my time on waiting for them.

Can’t keep appointments

Cannot seem to schedule and keep an appointment. I have had 2 appointments and they have called during the window of time that they were to show up, only to cancel and schedule me out another 3 weeks.

BUY ANOTHER BRAND

Bought Generac 16kw from Weeks had maint program 31 hrs on unit, replaced battery and recalled starter motor two weeks before storm ...storm came in ..unit ran for two days....died..we called weeks for repair 7 times 7/10/2024 and no return calls ...and we are still waiting for repair....

Sloppy on the execution

We've had Weeks for several years to service 4 generators on our property. Had a service contract to come out 2 times a year to service them. Techs were knowledgeable when onsite but when the service contract expired, no one engaged to renew. After realizing the contract had expired, we renewed and had a service in the Spring of this year. Then to prep for hurricane season had them come out to service in May '23. Storm rolls through in late June, and 1 out of 4 work. 1 had the entire intake taken apart as if they were working on it and then simply left in the middle. No communication that they were waiting on a part or anything. Needless to say, we're looking for a new service provider.

Dealer is prompt

I use Weeks Service Company for HVAC at my home and rental properties, and now for a Generac backup power system at my home. They are always prompt in responding to my requests for service.
