Wb Electric INC

Incredible company

Start to finish this company is amazing. First off; someone actually answered the phone. Jen is patient and knowledgeable when discussing my particular issue. They got me on the schedule the next day! The tech Chris called and let me know when he’d be here. He showed up on time and just fix d the problem and did maintenance and got the generator in good working condition. He said explained everything to me and showed me what he did and didn’t make me feel stupid when I asked my questions. This company does what it takes to help even someone that was not originally their customer. So thank you to everyone.

glad we used WB Eletric!

We are so happy...very professional organized and extremely clean after the installation. Everyone has skill and knowledge, they take time to explain how things work,we highly recommend them.

electrical help

Anytime I have any problems with my electricity or installation of lights, fans or anything electrical..etc.-- I always get a job well done and a professional, friendly experience. Time is taken to explain what I do not understand which is really appreciated. I am comtemplating on the purchase of a Generac generator and know I will be directed wisely. Ten stars in my book!

Great Sales & Service

Our Generac Power system was expertly installed and serviced for the past 7 years by WB Electric. Several power failures in our region over the years and this system "clicked" right on. By far one of the best home improvement products I have added to my home!!

Famous Soccer Game Watched In Full!

Great job, plus a bonus (see below). The installation job was professional, tidy and they came and left when they said they would. The workmanship was neatly done both inside and out. They made a very solid level pad for the unit, and the complete outdoor installation is very functional while not detracting at all from the look of our house. About that bonus. The bonus came about a week or so after installation, I was just sitting down to watch the World Cup game between Brazil and Germany, which turned out to be one of the most famous or infamous soccer games ever. There I was a couple minutes into the game when somebody somewhere ran into a utility pole and the power went off. Seconds later, things were up and running again. Waiting for the TV to reboot was the only delay. The power in area was out for the whole game, or so I was told later. It's actually hard to know when the public power comes on again because it's so seamless. OK, so this wasn't a Jack London Call of the Wild style life and death survival power outage situation, but it illustrates that a well installed Generac generator comes in handy in more ways than one. Thanks to Walt and his crew!

Great to deal with.

They responded immediately and kept in contact with me throughout the process. They were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Feeling a sense of relief!

I had been contemplating the installation of a generator for quite a while, always anxious when the storms came and the winds blew. I contacted WB Electric and they were very quick to send someone to give me an estimate. The installation was done in one day by a very professional, courteous crew. Let the storms come; I'm protected!
