They seemed fairly responsive the first service visit for maintenance. Said they would automatically schedule the next visit and no worries. Never showed up the next year. Called and they said they would schedule and come out. Waited 5 weeks and called back - no return call. Waited another two weeks and went looking for a new service company. If I can't rely on to just change the oil, can't imagine the service if something serious went wrong.

I was told that no building permit was required - wrong!! add to that a totally botched install, unit was too close to window so it wouldn't pass code. Had to move unit back away from house. Conduit and wiring (more than 100 ft.) had to be completely re-done. Gas line to unit was undersized, had to be re-done. You can imagine the wasted time and money I have had to absorb.

They were great on the install which was seamless. It took them only a day to have this installed and explained how it operates so I had very few questions. It just was installed recently and have not had a power outage to try it out.

Should have read the review before contacting this company.Had a problem after the install ,power goes out and generator fails.called and they came out but couldn't find problem.So I read install manual and found the problem and fixed it .Never got a call back and I doubt if I'll get one now.

they never follow up and always getting told that they will come out to service generac unit and never show up. i do not recommend this dealer. however i love the generac unit we have
