difficult to get to come out as scheduled

We have always used Washington Energy Services for our annual maintenance on our standby generator. However, each year I remember why I should look elsewhere; I usually call several weeks ahead of time to get scheduled for an appointment. Then a week or two before the scheduled appointment I always get called to reschedule to a more convenient time for them. Then the day before the are to come out, a reminder call is received with a different time from when they said for the rescheduled. It always turns out to be a wait all day for they guy to arrive. The work is quality work, but the scheduling is frustrating when trying to work around an already full calendar.
