They came to my home and was very friendly They explained everything to us about the unit.I was having problem's with my Wi-Fi and we had a hard time getting together at the same time anyway I would recommend them to my friends . When the light went red I called an right away was solved now nice green on the generic love it praying for rain so if the lights go out I will have a lot of my friends coming over for morning coffee may have to charge lol

Horrible Business People

These people know how to sell you a Generac but that's where it ends! They don't have a clue how to get it installed with the Electric Company! They will string you along for weeks telling what you want to hear but not taking care of your needs! Sometimes they don't even answer their phone and when they do answer the phone most of the time the person that you talk to won't have a clue as to what is going on with any problems that you may have! They act like they don't care about their customers at all.
