These people know how to sell you a Generac but that's where it ends! They don't have a clue how to get it installed with the Electric Company! They will string you along for weeks telling what you want to hear but not taking care of your needs! Sometimes they don't even answer their phone and when they do answer the phone most of the time the person that you talk to won't have a clue as to what is going on with any problems that you may have! They act like they don't care about their customers at all.

The natural gas was out for 35 hours 6weeks ago. Since then our generator has a half yellow light on. Called them emailed them they were supposed to finally be here this morning. It\u2019s now after noon and no contact. Still waiting.

This dealer was very informative, explaining all that was needed and how they would come out and get things done, step by step. I found the company to be very thorough, friendly and honest. I couldn't have asked for a better crew!

When my husband was alive we used generators that he started and refueled, etc, but as a widow I didn't want a generator I had to "work" on so I asked other single women about theirs, and I kept getting recommendations for the Generac. Even though the price was more than I wanted to spend, the convenience convinced me that was the way to go. A local electrician recommended that I call Warren Welding which is what I did. Steve came out pretty soon after that and discussed what it would take for me to have a Generac installed. Long story short, I now have a back-up in case of power outage that comes on automatically without my having to do anything to it. I consider that a blessing because there's enough things to do with upkeep around the house.

Every weekly test cycle has been on time & successful. The few times the power has been out, the generator has performed flawlessly. Mr. Steve Warren was standing beside a Generac generator at the Northwest District Fair in Harrison, AR in September of 2015. His patient explanations, along with his willingness to visit my property to recommend a proper set-up, his courtesy in answering my questions, and his patience during several phone calls earned him another loyal customer.Then, Mr. Jimmy Warren and his nephew arrived to install the machine we had purchased. While the propane folks were piping the fuel to the generator, Mr. Jimmy and his nephew were preparing the generator itself. His patience with two gawkers\u2019 questions and attempts at helping was remarkable. The generator started, performed as promised, and he drove away, leaving one happy customer.

The reason for the three star is their lack of responsiveness. I've been trying to get service for 2 months, promises but no service yet. We also had trouble with the remote monitoring system, I finally had to call Generac to solve the problem. I indicated I would recommend this dealer but only with the above information available.

Overall I would recommend this dealer. They were responsive and professional. After the install, I had a problem with lights flickering - we were able to track it back to a few loose neutrals. In the end, problem solved, but was frustrating during the time it took to resolve the issue. (Steve made sure we were satisfied at the conclusion)

Warren Welding came when they said to review what I wanted, submitted an estimate which I approved, installed the generator when the said they would, and by working with our electric company was able to make a change that saved me money. Since installed we lost power once for an hour or so and the generator worked perfectly. I did not have to do a thing.With my old system I would have had to set a bunch of switches manually, start the generator and have limited power in select areas of the house.

After owning my generator for 5 years, and having the original installer and a second generator company look at it, I finally found Warren. Warren found that the generator had not been switched from natural gas to propane which was why the motor was running so poorly. Warren also advised me that what I had surmised over the 5 years was true, I did not need certain appliances eliminated from the generator circuit. Warren corrected these things and did the most thorough service of any of the previous generator people. I wish I had found Warren 5 years ago.
