While Walt came out for the startup, he didn't tell me much about the generator. How it works, internal parts, etc. Just started it and said goodbye. He was arrogant and made it seem like nobody else but he can do the job. Customer service not a strong suit.

Have worked with Walt's Electric for my installation and service for 2 years. I am completely satisfied with their professionalism and product knowledge. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Unbelievable Service!!
A customer located in the shooting creek area. I must say Walt is a man that knows his stuff. He's extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise. His response time is excellent and he really cares about the customer. Having a generator that consistently runs throughout the year I am overjoyed to have such a machine at my household.
