Walt's Electric Motors

Deceptive Service

Just had a service and discovered the technician wasn’t certified. Technician had no formal training in small engines and lacked simple skills like gapping plugs. Technician also used after market service items such as oil filters and bulk “no name” bulk oil. According to Generac these items can void the factory and extended warranties. I’ve switched to a higher level dealer.

No information

While Walt came out for the startup, he didn't tell me much about the generator. How it works, internal parts, etc. Just started it and said goodbye. He was arrogant and made it seem like nobody else but he can do the job. Customer service not a strong suit.

Great installation and service

Have worked with Walt's Electric for my installation and service for 2 years. I am completely satisfied with their professionalism and product knowledge. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Walt was very informative, helpful and did a great job!

Unbelievable Service!!

A customer located in the shooting creek area. I must say Walt is a man that knows his stuff. He's extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise. His response time is excellent and he really cares about the customer. Having a generator that consistently runs throughout the year I am overjoyed to have such a machine at my household. Thank you Generac and more importantly Thank You Walt!
