Recently installed 18W generator, which will provide peace of mind when we have power outagesEntire process was excellent from the initial sales inquiry reviewing our load/needs. Appreciated Sales Rep Eric who did not try to upsell to larger (not needed) generator that other contractors were pushing.Kept up-to-date on permit & order status. Originally told was going to be 6-8 months, came in 5 months.Installation crew (Mike, Roberto, and 2 others) were very professional, prompt & friendly, with the install following a snowstorm.Follow-up review of features very thorough by Dylan.Would highly recommend this dealer, as they handled everything from load analysis, all permits, installation and recommended annual maintenance.

Bad

In 2018 when I purchased the Generator from Danley, there were many warning signs of trouble ahead but I was anxious to have a backup generator after Sandy. This Spring routine maintenance of working green light generator resulted in tech leaving with Generac generator having a red light, I was told needed a new bolt because of gas interruption at exactly same time. When I was skeptical, I was told all charges would be waived. When bolt finally came in and install was taking place I was informed that recent kitchen renovation took refrigerator off generator line, I asked what it would cost to fix and if I could have a detailed invoice for insurance company as kitchen renovation was result of dishwasher pump exploding. I was told yes and paid. It turned out I was charged for the bolt. Refrigerator is not supported by generator. When I tried to get this matter addressed by company owner, I was told to find another contractor.

Excellent Installation and price

Had a 22KW whole house generator installed via Costco - so so so pleased with Danley as they are professionals from the business end right through the installation.

Delivered & Installed, as promised!

The salesman/estimator, Jim arrived promptly and surveyed our home. The entire installation process and permit procedure was explained and installation date provided.The installation crew of 4 arrived at 8:15am, worked continuously until entire job was completed by 2:00pm.After municipal inspector passed work, a Danley tech arrived to explain generator system operation. Unit functioned as expected, including setup of MobileLink remote app. Job well done!

Does anyone work here??

Left my contact information with a receptionist who said I will receive a call back the same day, they didn't call back that day or since. I tried calling back a day or two later but was sent to this unknown voicemail so I hung up. If this is the type of service you receive, I guess I should be glad they didn't respond. I called a different company and they came out the same day I called.
