Horrible non-responsive businesss

They installed my generator but after that, they have been horrible to work with. They don't return calls and don't keep promises. Really regret using them.

very bad busines

I instalde generator 12/2014 and first time outage of power did'n work.I can't rfich them.Wery bad company.I tride to rich them several times,no respond, phone massages no answer.Dispetchers takes the call,no respond.I have to go to court.We have to stop Rick lien to the customer.

Top notch professional.

I had an issue with my generator on a Saturday evening at 6:30 PM that was very concerning to me.

Gave estimate, but failed to follow through on subsequent phone calls.

The dealer showed up on time for the initial assessment of our needs, and explained in detail our options. He gave us two different estimates, one for a whole-house solution and one for selected circuits.

Have used there services for many years and most recently used them for installing a 10K generator. Service was excellent and the job was done very professionally. From all members of there work force they where respectful and cooperative with all my needs. I have recommended Walsh Electrical to many neighbors and friends and they have used there services as well.

Not dependable

This company does not show up for scheduled appointments, even in emergencies. The company replaced a part on our generator and it failed, but they will not repair it. They do not return phone calls either.

Install was great!!!

We were very concerned about our choice of installers. As our neighbors had an Hvac company perform the installation and had nothing but trouble....Walsh electric was great the install was done well and to our satisfaction. They seem quite busy but I believe that was due to them taking there time and doing things right the first time rather than rushing. Definitely would recomended for a generator install and service.

Not reliable

We met with Walsh electric about generator installation at our home. We contracted with him following presentation. We were told the generator would be installed in 6 weeks, without question. When I called Walsh in 6 weeks to see when they would be installing the generator we were told that the permit had been requested just the day before our call. WHAT? Why hadn't it been done during that 6 week period. When I questioned that, I was told that things had gotten out of hand in the office and they were just realizing that so much hadn't been taken care of that should've been. NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. NOT RELIABLE.

Great Service

Last year after huracaine Sandy I made the mistake of buying my generator on line and having a local electrician install it. The generator never ran right. When the power went out it always struggled. S neighbor told me to call Walsh Electric. The technician from Walsh Electric showed me the problem immediately. The installers installed a thirty foot gas line that was installed was too small. Also mpany was never notified to put in a larger gas meter. With these two fixes by Walsh my generator runs perfectly. Thanks Walsh Electric
