Buyer Beware
Started out so hopeful as they did research appropriate installation requirements for our inverter in an off-grid situation. Unfortunately they neglected to mention or prepare us for the need to hire someone else to dig an 18”x 65’ trench for propane connections. In addition they installed a bad battery and left us struggling for two weeks to diagnose the issue. Once they verified what we proved, they wanted another $300 to purchase a new battery plus the labor fee. All of this occurred around a March 3-day blizzard.
