We were very happy with the communication as well as the install of our product with Wagner. Jessica and Brian were great to deal with. With supply chain issues, the install was a bit delayed (no fault of Wagner) but they installed the generator when it was close to zero degrees out and 5" of snow on the ground. Everyone was professional and knowledgable. Honestly, I was going to perform the install myself, but happy we paid the few extra bucks to have them professionally install it.
