Vital Energy Solutions, LLC

no returns

They refuse to come back and fix what was done improperly. Not happy

Over Charged

I should have reviewed the Generac postings first. I am deeply disappointed. I paid the highest cost for the worst installation. I do not recommend this company.

Expensive

Very expensive compared to the other dealers. Not happy with my experience.

Will not help

Not happy. No service or follow up after installation. I can't get a call back for a simple service. I do not recommend these guys based on my experience and the low star rating.

not happy

I feel disappointed. I did not get good service. The price was higher than others. Poor follow up,

Over priced

I just wanted a basic annual service. They said since they did not install it the inspection fee is $575.00 just to make sure it was installed correctly - makes no sense since it has been working for 5 years. Then they have this bizzare gold, silver, platinum service contract menu. I am not trying to join Amway - I just want a one time service - but no - I have to sign a 2 year contract at $575.00 per year. Now I am into for $1,725.00 and they have not even looked at it, NO THANKS. I went with another dealer further down this list that has the most reviews. Great service and reasonable pricing.

Extra fees

They are listed as a warranty service center. We had a problem with an error code that needed to be cleared under warranty. Vital said if they did not install it they will not service it. The only way they would come out is if we pay a new customer fee and sign up for 2 years annual service contract at five hundred and seventy five dollars per year. Seems like highway robbery. We found another dealer that cleared it for free.

Wanted a new customer fee

So I had a generator (Brand New) that was leaking oil. I had contacted them with Generac Rep on the phone with me to explain that I needed some warranty work done. Initially they sounded wonderful. When I talked with them again, I learned that they wanted a 695.00 New customer fee out of My pocket before they would come out to do any work on my generator. This seems very unfair as I did not break the generator. Maybe Generac needs to pay a bit better so that businesses do not have to figure out ways to make it worth while to come do Warranty work. I can not talk to their professionalism etc as I did not get any further with them to fix my problem.

Fastest Installers Around!!

Overall my experience with Vital Energy was beyond my expectations. They were the so quick at responding and installing during my new generator for my place. Will defiantly recommend to all my neighbors and loved ones.

Great experience!

Very pleasant experience. Highly recommended. Vital Energy professional, clean and very experienced. Was recommended by a two close friends of mine whom also had generators installed. I will be referring them again.
