Wanted a new customer fee

So I had a generator (Brand New) that was leaking oil. I had contacted them with Generac Rep on the phone with me to explain that I needed some warranty work done. Initially they sounded wonderful. When I talked with them again, I learned that they wanted a 695.00 New customer fee out of My pocket before they would come out to do any work on my generator. This seems very unfair as I did not break the generator. Maybe Generac needs to pay a bit better so that businesses do not have to figure out ways to make it worth while to come do Warranty work.I can not talk to their professionalism etc as I did not get any further with them to fix my problem.

Overall my experience with Vital Energy was beyond my expectations. They were the so quick at responding and installing during my new generator for my place. Will defiantly recommend to all my neighbors and loved ones.

After having a extremely bad experience with another Generac service company I called this company and they sent a service tech to check my newly installed generator that would not turn over. Tech found the problem in 30 minuets, repaired my unit under warranty and all is well.

I've Been Around for a minute. Experienced top tier performance and what it takes to maintain a level of excellence. I'm a consumer. I'm a I'm also a purveyor of high expectations. And I expect the best. I work hard for my dollar and put my money where my mouth is. These past few years have been challenging to say the least. PGnE have tested my patience and faith in the very system that for years I simply took for granted... Well... I'm sick and tired of being a victim and a casualty of a monopoly that has throughout the years neglected it's most important asset... It's customers... So I decided to invest in ME!!!! I know longer have to stress myself or lean on an antiquated system that's willing to put my families wellbeing and safety in front of their profits. I got a 300 + gallon propane tank and a 24 KW generator. Vital Energy and the staff, gave me the stuff I've been needing to achieve a sense of security and independence.... It took a while to line it up, get the permits and red tape bullst that dictates what we can and can't do on our own property... That being said.... The crew that came out and installed my "Jenny" (that's what I call her). Were truly inspiring. I had lost hope in the youth of America, but these "kids" knocked it out if the park. The young man named Micah made me feel at home and secure. His sidekick Namen? I called him Red, led the team and was a font of info (I asked alot of stupid Questions) Anyway. Enough out me. It's saved my bacon twice now, and I don't have to scream at PGnE about their bullsh... .... Thank you Vital Energy. P.S. your logo needs a bit of help.
