I rate this dealer top of the line from the expertise and "explainmanship" of the sales rep, Mr. Greg Snider, to the expertise of the install team, which not only demonstrated what had been installed, but tested each of my appliances with his instruments attached to show the draw and how much power remained. This machine was perfectly matched to my house as promised.

Highly recommend!

We had it installed a year ago. The generator work efficiently all 3 times the power went out this past year. The employees were punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. Call them before the summer storm season starts!

Stellar Service

We had a very severe thunderstorm last night that knocked out power for over 8 hours. I come home from the hospital last night and notice that the generator was running but was "coughing." At least that is what the technician calls it. So I call H O Field Electric at 11PM to come out for a service call. Now, understand, our power was still out and this generator was still running. They sent a fellow by the name of Brandon out. He was here within 45 minutes. By midnight, my generator was purring like a well oiled engine. Apparently, when it was serviced, some switch was moved. Brandon said that it was fully covered and there was no charge. H O Field was the right company to go with because they stand behind their product and service. They are the company to trust! If you call them, ask for Greg Snider and tell him Joe Lee sent you. They really do stand by their equipment and service! They get Five Stars!

Professional all the way!

Everyone from the sales person, to the installers and everyone in between was professional and polite. Install was done on the day it was promised and I was kept up to speed on how it operates and what to do if any problems arise. I shopped around quite a bit before I decided to go with HO Fields. Glad I went with them.

We truly love our Generac. H.O.Feild Electric Co.Inc were very professional & provided top notch service. We purchased the generac in the alotted time for the 10 year warranty & provided all the proper documentation needed to validate the warranty. This was posted marked 11- 15-16. This information was not entered into your data base & was claimed not received by Generac. H.O.Feild Electric went beyond the call of duty & took the extra mile to honor the promotion & give us this 10 year warranty at their expense. 5 Stars to H.O.Feild Electric.

If You Are Looking For a Turnkey Company, HO Field Is The Best!

I recently interviewed three separate companies which included HO Field Electric. My consultant was the most friendly and patient consultant out of the three. He was not pushy and never made a negative comment about the competition. He appears to be a man of integrity and trustworthiness. I purchased the Generac 22kw Whole House Generator. The company took care of the installation as well as the plumbing. They obtained all the permits needed for this process. The plumber even came back out on a Sunday to make sure that my gas was back on and operating my gas hot water heater correctly. I mention turnkey because I was able to get my financing through them which included the plumber. The other companies said that they would prefer that I paid the plumber separately. Not HO Field. They did not mind representing Generac and the Generac Financing Contracts that are also offered. I own an Independent Insurance Agency as well in Ashland, VA and I endorse Generac as well as HO Field Electric.

Business the way it should be !

Do you remember when you could buy something, have people at your house to install something and knew they cared about their work and your satisfaction? Gone are those days... now you have to chase them down, never return calls, worry about your house and property while they are there..... Not if you Hire H.O. Field. I have not had an experience like this is in 20 years. Caring sales person, no pressure, scheduled on my time install, install crew of young men that knew what they were doing, enjoyed doing a good job and treated my house like it was theirs. Chip, these guys are your company! Generac they represent your line of products with old school values, hard work and caring.
