Above and Beyond Service

I rate Virginia Power Solutions 10 on a scale of 5. I'll tell you why. Beginning with our first visit from VPS, through pricing, scheduling, installation and post installation follow up, everything promised was delivered in spades. My story should be an example of the best of American sales and service. We had previously scheduled a Mediterranean cruise meaning we would not be home for the installation. Not to worry, our daughter-in-law met with the installation team and they completed installation and startup beautifully. When we returned, two weeks after installation, I called to ask for a service person to show my wife and me how everything works. VPS promptly came and spent more than an hour going over everything. The gentleman from VPS asked me if we had registered for the Generac free 7 year extended warranty (offered by Generac through VPS). Because of our trip and the delay in receiving mail and the Generac Owner Package we had failed to register within the required time frame and had lost the right to the extended warranty. This was weeks after the registration was required. Steven, the service manager told us that he would personally speak with Generac and explain our circumstances and see if Generac would make an exception and give us the 7 year extended warranty even though they had no obligation to do so. I was not hopeful that such a large company would make an exception just for us. BUT I WAS WRONG! Steven came through and we have our 7 year extended warranty. Steven worked hard for us and I know VPS will do the same for you!

Virginia Power Supply IS THE BEST! Our family needed a generator; we have an infant on oxygen and worry about power failures. After researching different companies, we chose VPS for several reasons. They have a BBB rating of A+, their customer service is timely and very friendly and professional, and they are they are extremely knowledgeable about their product. I appreciate how they operate as a team, but they feel like family. A huge thank you to Bubba who visited my son's home to set everything up and was so helpful and kind, the plumbing team of Garland, Payton and Preston, the electrical team of Tyler, David, and Dougie, the installation manager, Mark and the service manager Steven, and Kim in the payment office. We are so impressed with how smoothly everything went, how they kept us informed and in the loop. They coordinated everything to include the gas and electric company visits. They spend the time needed to explain everything and the conversations are not rushed. If you are looking to buy a generator, go with Virginia Power Supply. You will NOT be disappointed.

Perfect as promised

I rate this dealer top of the line from the expertise and "explainmanship" of the sales rep, Mr. Greg Snider, to the expertise of the install team, which not only demonstrated what had been installed, but tested each of my appliances with his instruments attached to show the draw and how much power remained. This machine was perfectly matched to my house as promised.

i searched around for a Generac rs7000e and went to H.O. FIELD based on their reviews---and vey glad i did! .Both the sales rep, Greg , and the installation crew extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We had it installed a year ago. The generator work efficiently all 3 times the power went out this past year. The employees were punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. Call them before the summer storm season starts!

Stellar Service

We had a very severe thunderstorm last night that knocked out power for over 8 hours. I come home from the hospital last night and notice that the generator was running but was "coughing." At least that is what the technician calls it. So I call H O Field Electric at 11PM to come out for a service call. Now, understand, our power was still out and this generator was still running. They sent a fellow by the name of Brandon out. He was here within 45 minutes. By midnight, my generator was purring like a well oiled engine. Apparently, when it was serviced, some switch was moved. Brandon said that it was fully covered and there was no charge. H O Field was the right company to go with because they stand behind their product and service. They are the company to trust! If you call them, ask for Greg Snider and tell him Joe Lee sent you. They really do stand by their equipment and service! They get Five Stars!

Professional all the way!

Everyone from the sales person, to the installers and everyone in between was professional and polite. Install was done on the day it was promised and I was kept up to speed on how it operates and what to do if any problems arise. I shopped around quite a bit before I decided to go with HO Fields. Glad I went with them.

We truly love our Generac. H.O.Feild Electric Co.Inc were very professional & provided top notch service. We purchased the generac in the alotted time for the 10 year warranty & provided all the proper documentation needed to validate the warranty. This was posted marked 11- 15-16. This information was not entered into your data base & was claimed not received by Generac. H.O.Feild Electric went beyond the call of duty & took the extra mile to honor the promotion & give us this 10 year warranty at their expense. 5 Stars to H.O.Feild Electric.

If You Are Looking For a Turnkey Company, HO Field Is The Best!

I recently interviewed three separate companies which included HO Field Electric. My consultant was the most friendly and patient consultant out of the three. He was not pushy and never made a negative comment about the competition. He appears to be a man of integrity and trustworthiness. I purchased the Generac 22kw Whole House Generator. The company took care of the installation as well as the plumbing. They obtained all the permits needed for this process. The plumber even came back out on a Sunday to make sure that my gas was back on and operating my gas hot water heater correctly. I mention turnkey because I was able to get my financing through them which included the plumber. The other companies said that they would prefer that I paid the plumber separately. Not HO Field. They did not mind representing Generac and the Generac Financing Contracts that are also offered. I own an Independent Insurance Agency as well in Ashland, VA and I endorse Generac as well as HO Field Electric.
