Most impressed
Most impressed with the service I received dealing with David Steere at Vineyard Generator,----went out of his way to quickly and efficiently send me the part I needed. I'll certainly recommend Vineyard Generator and use them in the future.

This company took over where another larger vendor had failed.
This town has five public buildings serviced by Vineyard Generators. They protect our public shelter, the Fire Stations, Police Station, Town Hall and Library. The Shelter was up and running all day Sunday on generator as were the public safety buildings. They came right over and fixed the one generator that we had turned off and couldn't restart during the power outage. Today they were conducting PM (preventative maintenance) on our generators without being asked to. It is a relief to have a company committed to our needs in an emergency. Our previous vendor charged 3 times as much for service calls and the main generator never produced an erg of power in a disaster. I hope Vineyard Generator bids on any of our future projects.
