His professionalism, performance, and delivery of the completed project was outstanding. I live in an HOA community with strict projects approval requirements. Brian met those and worked with all necessary municipal service providers and , inspectors, on time, on schedule, and with immediate followup to me to satisfy HOA approvals. We are so glad we chose Veterans Contracting. When we met for a bid, we met with Brian, the owner. We quickly felt that he was being totally honest. His bid was very reasonable. The installation ended up being exactly what he had quoted. We came to understand that it was very important to him to do exactly what he had said that he would do. The company is not perfect, but they are perfectly honest. We felt as though we were working with a trusted friend through the whole process.The only reason I gave Veterans Contracting a 4 on response is that this is a small company and so sometimes they are busy with another customer in the field so return calls are not "instant." When he returns a call, we have 100% of his attention.
