Venose Electric LLC

An Honest Company

We bought our house 4 yrs ago with a generac already installed. In that time we hadn't had it serviced. Generac recommended Joe at Venose and he's been wonderful. He replied promptly when I called, communicated through texts and we honest with us about our needs. I appreciate the honesty the most, he did what we needed and only that. He took the time to educate us on what we had gotten and cleaned our unit, which was looking a bit mossy. We liked him so much we signed up for annual maintenance with him.

Great Contractor to work with and very satisfied with the work he did. Owner Joe is very meticulous and does excellent work. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Annual Maintenance

Had Joe in for service. Felt he was knowledgable and honest. Was a very good interaction from the customer side.

Peace of mind.

I got a generator a month ago. Generac recommended qualified dealer/installer Joe Venose, who took care of everything from permit, installation to inspection. Everything went smoothly. Joe also provided help with app. Highly recommend Joe. Do not hesitate.

Impeccable Work

Mr. Joseph Venose installed our generator in the most professional manner. He is an experienced, licensed electrician with a strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, inspections, and, most importantly, he has loads of relevant experience installing and maintaining residential generators. He communicated clearly with us from the start, always arrived on time on the days he was scheduled to be at the house, let us know of a part delay, and he kept us updated on the timeline for the arrival of the part. There were no surprises with Mr. Venose. At the end of each workday, the areas of our home and yard where he was working were always left spotless. Mr. Venose demonstrated a deep commitment to safety, performing numerous checks on the equipment throughout the installation. He coordinated the inspections with the town and electric company and was present when they performed their inspections – which we passed with flying colors. He is priced fairly for the impeccable work that he does. Bonus - he was very kind to our dogs.

Great experience

I recently had an installation done by Venose Electric. Joe is very good at what he does. I was impressed at the quality of work. He actually cares about his institutions and does all the work himself. No subcontractors. My overall experience was great. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home back up generator.

Excellent Mechanic!

Called Venose Electric after a bad experience with another local dealer that told me my generator couldn’t be repaired and had to be replaced. I was concerned. I spoke to Joe Venose and said he would be glad to come take a look. He came out, checked the generator, said it was a cylinder head issue. He gave me an estimate for the repair. I moved forward with the repair and Joe had me back up and running with out a full replacement. Knowledge and honesty. Goes to show small companies are awesome. I would recommend Joe anytime.
