Veith Electric

THE "Go-To" guys

I can't say enough about Don and Dana. I started out with small projects and have kept adding stuff over the years. When I was ready to take the plunge with the Generac, they got me a great price even for someone that normally web shops. The installation was done so quickly and Dana walked me through everything. I love the absolute peace of mind of having both the Generac AND Veith standing by whenever I need them. Fair prices, responsive, professional and quality work...that's Veith

Have already recommended to others

They did a good job in a friendly, professional manner. We had to wait a lot longer than we were told but that may have been a Generac production problem. Dana was very knowledgeable. patient and always answered my calls immediately... I would recommend. Thanks

The Best Dealer Around

Veith Electric is the best dealer around. I could not ask for better service or professionalism. Highly recommend for all your electrical needs.

poor responsiveness

Waiting to hear about a installation date after getting a quote on Nov. 7th. 2 emails and 3 phone calls and no answer yet. If they don't want my business just tell me and I'll look elsewhere. A prompt dealer response will result in a more favorable review.

A Stormy start and a Sunny Finish

I went to home shows and search on line for a Generac Installers. Received several quotes and the pricing was spread across the board. I finally selected an installer - for all the right reasons; but I had one concern? So I went to the Generac Website, I did a little research and spoke to the Generac People. While on hold, I saw the listing of Generac Sellers and Installers. I look up my selected installer - AND HE was not listed. I ask the Generac person on the phone - why my selected installer wasn't listed (even though I had Generac literature printed with his business information on it.) - he was not an authorized installer (and could impact the warranty!) SO.... I saw VEITH ELECTRIC listed. I call them, I was put in touch with Don, the president; told him what I wanted and he said he had the Generator in stock, and could come over next day and give me a quote (and the price was extremely reasonable and less then any quote I had gotten). Well the rest is history. We scheduled an install date. There was a problem in the placement of the propane tanks (per code), and the install was delayed a couple of times. Don was very understanding and when the tank problem was resolved, his crew arrived on schedule and the job was completed in one day. The generator (20kw Propane - whole house unit) looks pretty, and the installation is a professional job. After the installation, they explained everything they did, set up the exercising run, and showed me how to do several things with the generator and transfer switch. - Truly a first rate job.

Very professional. On time! Knows the product he sells.

I would recomend Veith Electric to anyone I know. Their service is outstanding! Shows up when he says. Price is what he said it would be when we started. Installation was perfect and the site was cleaner when he left than when he and his crew arrived.

Excellent service, communication, and knowledgeable staff

Veith Electric has an in-house certified Generac tech, and the large team of electricians allowed for flexible scheduling (even weekends) and we did not have a single hitch during install or service. They have serviced large clients and individual homeowners (like me), and would recommend to all. Competitive pricing put them on top when I was shopping for a 10kw.

Knowledgeable & professional - definitely recommend.

From the sales call to the installation everything was perfect. I called several companies and the Veith salesman/installer had the most expertise & the best price.

CLASS A DEALER

A few months ago my city had extensive power losses and i needed help at my house. I called Veith Electric and within an hour, a generator technician and Mr Veith were at my home and ready to install a generac generator. They went right to work, got me up and running on emergency power, gave me a great tutorial about how it all works. What a relief to know I wont have to worry about power losses anymore.
