poor responsiveness

Waiting to hear about a installation date after getting a quote on Nov. 7th. 2 emails and 3 phone calls and no answer yet. If they don't want my business just tell me and I'll look elsewhere. A prompt dealer response will result in a more favorable review.

A Stormy start and a Sunny Finish

I went to home shows and search on line for a Generac Installers. Received several quotes and the pricing was spread across the board.I finally selected an installer - for all the right reasons; but I had one concern?

Veith Electric has an in-house certified Generac tech, and the large team of electricians allowed for flexible scheduling (even weekends) and we did not have a single hitch during install or service. They have serviced large clients and individual homeowners (like me), and would recommend to all. Competitive pricing put them on top when I was shopping for a 10kw.

CLASS A DEALER

A few months ago my city had extensive power losses and i needed help at my house. I called Veith Electric and within an hour, a generator technician and Mr Veith were at my home and ready to install a generac generator. They went right to work, got me up and running on emergency power, gave me a great tutorial about how it all works. What a relief to know I wont have to worry about power losses anymore.
