VCAMS - Generac generator

We wanted to have a Generac installed before we retired. Jerry with VCAMS came out and gave my husband a detailed explanation of exactly what needed to be done. He followed up with an estimate immediately. His attention to detail on each step let us know he was a perfectionist on his work. His expertise and knowledge about his product and the utility tie in to electrical and gas was done with skilled precision. He reviewed all details along the way to leave us prepared to enjoy our new system. We are very comforted to know he will provide service work on our unit. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to install a new Generac.

Job Well Done!

VCAMS recently installed our Generac and we are pleased with the work that Jerry and Josh did. They did a professional job and paid much attention to detail and neatness. Before we contacted VCAMS we called some other companies regarding a Generac installation, but some of them didn't even return our call. Then we contacted VCAMS and they responded to our inquiry in a timely manner which we appreciated very much. We would 100% recommend VCAMS.

Highly recommend

Mr. Vanhoose was very professional. He arrived in a timely manner. Assessed our Generac repair needs and he and his helper Josh made the repairs quickly. We highly recommend VCams.

Top notch repair/service

We recently had our Generac home standby generator repaired and are thoroughly impressed with the quality of work. Although Jerry (VCAMS owner) and Josh were not the original installers, they demonstrated exceptional expertise and professionalism throughout the process. Their knowledge and efficiency are impressive. They came prepared with a significant inventory of parts to ensure a quick return to operation. Jerry also handled the entire warranty process seamlessly on the spot, which was a huge relief. The repair was completed promptly, including a thorough inspection of the entire unit, leaving our generator running like new in record time. Highly recommend their services!

Job well done.

Worked with this dealer to purchase and I stall new Generac. Very responsive, explained everything, installation was quality work, done quickly. Cleaned up and had it looking great.

You get what you pay for

I recently had the Vcams generator installer come out, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. The attention to detail was meticulous – everything was done with such neatness and care. You can tell they take great pride in their work, and it shows. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth and more. They even threw in a few little extras that I wasn’t expecting, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s rare to find such a reliable and professional service. Highly recommend!

Great Service, Best Rate

Fantastic family-owned business with a very reasonable rate (I priced out annual service in this area with 5 other businesses, and I'm glad I did!). I'll be a repeat customer for years to come, thank you!!

Highly recommended

Jerry (VCAMS owner) did an excellent job in installing our home generator. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We highly recommend him.

Wonderful experience with dealer

Integrated Electrial installed our Generac and from the salesman Adam to Bobby and the two brothers (Mike and Josh) who installed our Generac, it was a good experience. We had gotten another estimate and it was lower than your but we went with Integrated Electric because of the knowledge between the two companies. We are so glad we did these guys are professional but customer service oriented and that is hard to find these days. Thank them for us we did but could you do it also as a company.

Excellent work

We highly recommend Jerry Vanhoose known as VCams for installing Generac generator. Jerry and Josh installed our Generac generator within 2 1/2 weeks with superb work on our fuse box inside and all the work done on the outside to prepare for the generator. They worked all day when they were here and notified us when they were arriving and leaving. While here at our home we knew they were trustworthy from the beginning and so we were able to leave them here alone while we were at work. These guys are perfectionists about their work and knowledge about Generac generators and you will not go wrong in hiring them. I would highly suggest you hire Jerry Vanhoose for installation!
