Vancelectric ghosted me

Vancelectric quickly responded to my initial inquiry and set up an appointment for an estimate. Vance arrived as scheduled and we discussed generator options. The job would be a bit complicated because of where the generator needed to be placed. A couple of days later, a representative from a gas company came by to assess my propane needs, so it seemed as if the project was moving forward. Two months passed with no word from Vancelectric. I sent an email to ask when I would get my estimate and Bob sent this reply, \u201cMy apologies, I will ask Vance about this today to hopefully get the final proposal sent out to you soon.\u201d That was two months ago, and I have heard nothing.

Fantastic Company with Amazing Employees

If you look up "exceeding expectations" in the Dictionary, there should be a picture of Vance and his team. I just had a 24kw Generac installed and every single person from Vance Electric was knowledgeable, punctual, articulate, kind, friendly, thoughtful, and polite. These days it is so hard to find a firm with one or two people like that but Vance (owner) as well as Bill, Albert, Taylor, Blake and everyone else who helped was just amazing. I could not be happier and can't recommend this team highly enough!!

PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR

I am happy to write this review for Vance Electric. Vance showed up as promised, was very professional and answered all of our questions. After purchasing our home in the fall, I have dealt with many contractors. I can say that Vance Electric, unlike others, will show up when promised.

Highly recommended!

Of the three estimates I solicited, Vancelectric was by far the most comprehensive and detailed. Vance's analysis of the right generator to meet our needs was excellent. The equipment arrived on time , the necessary permits and county inspection were accomplished as arranged by Vance, and the installation was seamless, Since last Spring, we have lost power three times. Hearing the immediate "hum" of the generator is most welcome! I would not only recommend, but encourage any prospective Generac owner to consider Vance Cowper and is team.

Very professional and experienced

Vancelectric Generac dealership is very professional and experienced. Installation was problem free and the generator works like a charm. We've had two outages already and the generator kicked in nicely. The feeling of power security the generator provides is great. Owner Vance also helped in setting up the wi-fi connection so I can track generator performance via the Mobilink app. I highly recommend Generac generators and Vancelectric for installation and service.

Vance and his team are the greatest

Vance and his entire team from the office to the install team were great.Perfect communication. They all went above and beyond their job.We have a whole house generator installed andcan't be any happier.

No Shows

Well, not much to say really. They canceled one appointment and then "Mr. Vance" didn't show up for the make-up appointment. Didn't even call to say they were running late, lost, etc... I think if this is indicative of their service overall, you should probably skip Vance Electric. Not sure why the good people at Generac promote this firm.

Excellent purchase/installation experience.

We just had the installation of a Generac 22kw Guardian generator completed by Vancelectric. We chose Vancelectric because of the volume of highly-favorable customer reviews on the Generac web site. Our experience with this purchase and installation was that there was a solid basis for all those 5-star reviews. Vance Cowper, the owner, came to our house and provided an assessment of which of Generac\u2019s generators would best meet our needs. Once we had selected the generator to be installed, Vance provided a detailed written estimate of the total cost, to include County inspection of the completed project, and we scheduled the installation. Vance and his team actually completed the delivery and installation of the generator ahead of schedule, and arranged County inspection for the day after installation was completed. I have to say, it was a pleasure working with Vance and his installation team. I found them all to be highly professional and accommodating of the needs of our particular installation, and everything was cleaned up upon completion of the work. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Vancelectric and giving them a 5-star rating. Well deserved!

Speedy Service and Knowledgable

My five year old Generac 20 Kw standby generator needed non-emergency battery service, per my MobileLink alert notice.
