I like to give credit where credit is due. It was great to see Buck on 12/9/22 when he did my full service on my generator. He and I talked about when he installed it a few years back, he is a true professional. Stepping back to 9/8/22 a young man by the name of Rusty replaced my battery on a service call, great young man and very knowledgeable.

Great customer service

Service is great and answered questions while there on site. Washed the cover of the generator to make it look brand new.

service call only($140)will not answer questions

They did the installation, and have the maintenance contract. when I called about a simple question I was told they would have to send out a technician for $140 an hour to answer the question, I asked to speak to a technician and was told no. I emailed the owner with this issue and he has not even bothered to respond yet after 3&1/2 days. Their field people are good so far BUT don't call or email to ask a simple question, they only want to bill you $140 for a service tech to come out not help you. GREEDY

Awesome folks!

When I called Valentine Mechanical Services for a quote for a generator, David came out and went over everything I needed and gave me a quote. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was not pushy at all, which I cannot say for other quotes I got. This impressed me. Then when the installers came, they again were very polite and friendly and did a great job - not very often can you say that for many contractors out there nowadays. Larry came and did the startup after the natural gas was ran, and as before, he did a great job in explaining all the ins and outs of the generator and did a load test. Was impressed again. Finally, Ashlee was so helpful before AND AFTER the generator was in place and paid for. I had several loose ends to get tied up (mostly paperwork), and she frequently called and updated me on the status of each item until all items were completed. Service AFTER the sale was awesome, so kudo's to you Ashlee on being so dependable. I highly recommend Valentine's if you are considering a whole home generator. Randy M.

first class folks

These folks are first class professionals. They scheduled my project weeks in advance to accommodate the permitting process associated with a generator install and arrived ready to go exactly when they said they would. Their effort (hugely appreciated) was well coordinated to minimize the inconvenience of the necessary utility power interruption and, in just over half a day, we were up and running. My curiosity got the best of me and I watched the install process. It was obvious that the crew was highly skilled, experienced and well equipped. They didn\u2019t slow down until the job was finished and the result is an installation that appears to meet expectations in every way. I wouldn\u2019t hesitate to do business with these folks in the future and to recommend them to other potential clients.
