This dealer has horrible customer service.

US Power Pros would not even place my generator order until they received payment for the entire cost of the generator even though I told them that my bank had sent them the check. This was just the start of their poor customer service. They were very vague about when they would receive my generator from Generac then took 3 months to complete the installation after they received my generator from Generac. We had several problems with this dealer during the installation.We started using US Power Pros for our service, hoping their service would be better than their installation. Unfortunately, their service after installation is also poor. We had a power outage about 2 months ago and our generator did not work properly. Unbelievable that we spent all this money on a whole house backup generator and it did not work during this power outage. We have found another company that will provide us service and we paid them over $1,000 to modify our generator system so that it will actually work during a power outage.It has been a very frustrating experience with US Power Pros and I am glad that I now have another company that can provide me better service.

They took my money for about 5 months and they did nothing. Avoid this company.

Don't waster your time or money!

This company advertises a low price for their Generac generators which would seem initially to be a good thing. Unfortunately, due to their lack of office staffing and low volume of Generac sales they are unable to actually deliver or install the equipment in a reasonable amount of time. There are only 2 people who work in the office and none of which are full time. You have the owner who comes and goes and 1 woman who only works in the office a few days per week. They promise you the customer the world when selling you the generators at a low cost but then are unable to deliver and install the generators in a timely manner. My experience with US Power Pros generators began in August 2020 and they failed to deliver and fully install generators as of January 2021. This whole time they had collected over $5000 in a deposit and never delivered on what they promised. Evidently, during this period Generac was experiencing some back order issues as well. It seems like the owner just wants to collect your deposit and sit on your money while just selling more to others and not following up or keeping the homeowner up to date during this very long and unsuccessful process! But, what also contributed to their inability to deliver was due to their inability to submit, follow up on and get permits and approvals from the city and county. It appears the owner is just unwilling to hire and pay the necessary amount staff to actually process the documentation in a timely manner to expedite the delivery and installation of the products the company is selling.

It\u2019s been just over a year now since we had our whole house generator installed by US Power Pros and we could not be happier. Everything has exceeded expectations, from the installation to the performance of the generator to the annual servicing of the unit. Tad and company showed up when they said they would and did the job in a timely and expert fashion at a price that was too good to pass up. Everyone I have dealt with at US Power Pros has been friendly and professional. It\u2019s a top-notch company. I was so impressed with them I gave them the electrical contract on my recently completed 2000 sq/ft shop. That project also went without a hitch. These guys are great and I wouldn\u2019t go anywhere else!
