This Dealer won't disappoint
I have been waiting for weeks to receive service from a major Generac dealer in my area. Multiple storms and loss of power during this time. Out of frustration I contacted Urban Design as they were listed as an Authorized Dealer for Service. The phone was answered by a live person that promised a certified technician would be out the following day before noon. Butch from Urban was here by 10 AM and had the Generator running within 45 minutes of diagnostic and repair. Bucth was professional, explained what he did to fix the machine, and thanked me for my business. Yes, they will have all my business from now on.
