We lost power last December just long enough to break a hot water baseboard run on the top level of our home that led to disasterous flooding on the lower two floors. Beyond the repairs, we knew it was time to get a generator to help prevent this again. This dealer came recommended to us by a friend and they were absolutely the best to work with. They helped us navigate the right generator choice for our home, proper spot for placement, upgrades to our electrical infrastructure and gas meter, did all the leg work with NYSEG and local permits. Everything! Their team was professional and made it look like they were never here. Can't say enough good things about them and their service. You won't be disappointed!!

Exceeded Expectations

Our warranty had expired on our 10 yr old generator and our local rep who was no longer working on generators highly recommended Upstate Power Systems. He answered immediately and came out within 2 days at the scheduled time and made the repair that we were unable to do ourselves. He was pleasant, personable, and professional. We found his prices to be fair and reasonable and sensed that he was someone we could trust. Overall, his service exceeded our expectations. We will use him again for any future service and would highly recommend him!

Knowledgeable and Friendly

My generator was here when purchased my home so did not know when last serviced or if it worked. Scott cleaned up inside of generator and did the service in a timely manner.
