Quick response!

Lynn McHenry with Upper Cumberland Generators came out to check and repair our old Generac generator. Due to the age, it needed to be replaced. Mr. McHenry reviewed our needs and ordered a new Generac. It came in quickly, and he and his co-workers installed it in a short amount of time. We appreciate his expertise and quality of service.

Super experience.

Peace of mind!!

Purchased a 22kw in February 2026, from Upper Cumberland Generators, the installation was fast and perfecentily done! Had our first power outage on April 24th and the generator performed flawlessly for 2 hrs. Until our power was restored everything transferred back without a problem. Kudos to Upper Cumberland Generators, will recommend them for any generator sales or maintenance.

Whole house Generator

This is the 2nd time I have purchased a Generac whole house generator. I know how valuable they are. I worked in the insurance industry for 30 years and have seen many times when customers would lose power due to ice storms or other natural disasters. The folks at Upper Cumberland Generators were very knowledgeable and professional. They brought in a large crew of workers to accomplish the installation. They showed up at the appointed time and quickly went to work. They worked to accommodate a request I had and I am very pleased with their service. I would gladly recommend Upper Cumberland Generators to anyone in the market for a generator.

Highly Recommend

Recently purchased a home generator from Upper Cumberland Generators. Great company, friendly, honest, excellent service, prompt response with any questions. Arrived on time day of installation, excellent installation job. They cleaned up their work area so thorough couldn't even tell they had been in the house. Excellent company would highly recommend. Fair prices.

Good Service

I recently used them for my annual service. They arrived on time and completed the job without any surprises. The charge for the service was reasonable and as expected. I will be using them in the future to service my Generac.

The BEST Company!

We recently purchased a Generac generator, and I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance. We’ve experienced a few power outages in our area recently, and this generator has been a lifesaver. The installation was straightforward, and once it was set up, it automatically kicked in when the power went out—no hassle at all. The seamless transition between grid power and generator power is a huge plus, especially during the night when we weren’t even aware the power had gone out. We would highly recommend Upper Cumberland Generators to anyone in need of a dependable generator!
