Excellent service

Excellent, friendly service. Did annual maintenance, replaced the battery as it was time to do so.

Excellent service

I am a satisfied customer. United Generator is a dependable and capable company that I have used to maintain my Generac generator. They offer competitve prices, are professional, and on time. Their technicians are skillful and friendly, and always willing to answer any questions about their service, or what is needed to keep a unit operating perfectly.

Fantastic Service

The team showed up right on time. They quickly and professionally performed the Schedule A maintenance on my generator.

Don't use these guys. They are not professional. Beware.

THE BEST

Simply the best. Best service. Best price. Best delivery and installation. Do not make a mistake and ire these other guys like I did the first time. United Generator corrected all the problems and answer the phone and show up when needed! Five stars.

Highly recommend United

United Generator was very professional and arrived exactly when promised. did a great job at a very fair price. We'll definitely be using them going forward.

Service with a smile.

Finding people to service your generators seems like a small feat. Everyone wants to sell you one, but no one wants to service them. Once I found Mike my frustrations were eased. Mike and Mike Jr. do a great job servicing my generator. I get put on there calendar so that once a year like clock work they come out and do their thing. Very nice. Thanks for doing what you do Mike!

Great Sales and Serive

Sales and Service was excellent from start to finish

Best of the Best

I have said this before and I will say it again: If you want to sleep at night knowing your home is protected against power outages, United Generator are the folks to call. Mike McPherson, the owner of United Generator, and his son Mikey, are the most experienced, knowledgeable and dependable professionals in the North Bay generator industry. Before I purchased my Generac 22 KW Home Backup Generator I researched the various generator installers and service providers in the North Bay area and quickly discovered that United Generator was the best in the business and Mike was legendary for delivering service above and beyond the call of duty. Since 2020, he and Mikey have kept my generator running in tip top condition and I highly recommend them to install and support your generator.

We have had a service contract with United Generator for as long as we have had our Generac. They have always done a good job on service and reminders that we need service.
