Excellent Installation.

I got several quotes for a home back up system from local dealers. United Generator was the most competitive and had a better plan than the competition. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I checked their references and they were excellent. Once hired they got right to work on securing a buiding permit. Once they had the permit they got the job done within a week. The building inspector actually stated that he loved their work. It came out super clean and works perfectly. They even took the time instructing me on how to use the equipment via the control panel. I highly recommend this company. I am referring them to all my friends.

Super responsive. Very professional

I lost power during the recent storms.United answered on the weekend. Nobody else answered and the two that did said they did not install it so they would not fix it. Thank god I found United. They came out right away and got me up and running! They also did the annual maintenance while they were there, which I neglected for two years, my bad. Now I am ready for the next disaster thanks to United Generator. I highly recommend them. 5 stars.

TrieI tried several others. We are super satisfied with United generator after being totally disappointed with other dealers listed on this page. Very few of these so called authorized dealer's actually know how to do a basic service or a difficult repair. United Generator does it all.

EXCELLENT DEALER

My generator was put in by a company that failed to tell me they don't fix them. It broke. I called everywhere and nobody was willing to help until I found Mike and Mikey. United Generator came right out same day! Their service truck that had everything on it that my broken generator needed. I highly recommend these guys for installations, repairs and yearly maintenance. 5 stars!

Great service!

I have an old Generac whole house generator that was not working. I found United online and remembered I had used them years ago when I moved into my house.They showed up same day and were able to diagnose and perform the needed repairs to get my unit up and running! They even had all needed parts on their truck!Someone else may have tried to sell me a new system, but these guys know their stuff and were able to give me (hopefully!) a few more years out of the system I have!Cannot recommend United Generator (Mike and Mikey!) highly enough!

Very helpful

I called United Generator. I talked to Mike and he dropped what he was doing and helped me over the phone. He walked me through my problem and I was up and running in literally 10 minutes.It turned out to be something simple but he knew what to ask and figured out what was wrong.This is after I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service. They were nice but we exhausted all their troubleshooting ideas.Very grateful. I highly recommend them.

repair/service/setup

i called mike at united generator they were awesome to work with. i tried five other dealers and did not get a call back and the others could not find the problem. mike and his team worked on it and fix it. i would recommend them and use them any time in fact we set mike up to service all eight of our generators on a service plans.

Mike came out and quickly resolved our issue. He was professional and knowledgeable. And happy to say we will definitely be using and referring him.
