United Electrical Contractors LLC

Unethical&Unprofessional

Terrible experience purchasing a generator through United Electrical Contractors. There was a complete lack of customer service and respect for my time, and they even charged interest before the work was even finished. I did not finance the purchase. There were so many red flags; please go with another Generac provider for your generator needs. I do not recommend them at all. The owner hounded me to sign with his company, but completely lacked that same energy throughout the actual project. To make matters worse, they would just show up without proper notice, knocking on my door for more than an hour-even though they were explicitly told that advance notification was required to shut off the power due to working from home, an infant, and running incubators. They should have put the same energy into completing the job that they used to secure the job After I posted my initial review above, the owner, Nathan Guilbault, emailed me stating he has decided to "release" me from the maintenance agreement-which is valued at $369. This maintenance package was a part of the legally binding contract I signed, which is already fully paid off. This company unilaterally altered the terms of a signed contract. I highly advise against doing business with this company. Save yourself the massive headache.
