    Great service, friendly, highly skilled

    I had a low voltage error code on my 20W generator (installed in April 2014). He was able to identify the problem quickly (a loose wire connection to the control board) and he fixed it. There were 2 other occasions when the generator displayed an error code. Both those times, Mike Harris responded timely and solved the problem on site. I highly recommend Mike Harris of Twinson Electric for your generator installation/service and any other electrical work needed, large or small.

    NEVER ANSWERS CALLS

    NICE GUY BUT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A CALL BACK. VERY FRUSTRATING. CALLED MANY TIMES, EVEN CALLED THE ON CALL PERSON SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE.

    Was my Generac service company. Not anymore

    Had a service contract for maintenance of my Generac unit for the past few years through Mike. Have been calling them for the past few weeks, leaving repeated messages to schedule a service and cannot even get a call back. Am now looking for a replacement company to service my generator.
