Excellent Results
T&T did an excellent job of explaining the installation process and made sure that I understood what was going to happen. The work started when promised. My generator installation was quite challenging because of the positioning of my electrical box and the generator had to be installed on a fairly steep slope. T&T did an excellent job working through the challenges. The generator was sited and installed very professionally. Before and during the installation, communications were excellent; and there were no surprises. I highly recommend T&T.

Will never contact this company again
We had a Generac whole house standby generator installed by this company and we were happy directly after the installation. Two years later we lightning struke our house and we lost a lot of our electronics and the garage door opener. Initially we couldn't figure out why we incurred so much damage when our house should have been grounded. When we investigated further, we found out that when the generator was installed, the ground wire for the house was disconnected and not reconnected when generator installation was complete.
