TSE provides five star service for their customers. We have relied upon them for many years to service and maintain our aging generator (it lasted 18 years!) and recently they installed a new 18kw to replace our old one. Reilly and Elle are wonderful to talk to and answer all our questions. They are promptly responsive by phone and email and always friendly. Morgan is outstanding. He is meticulous in his servicing and incredibly knowledgeable, Tom has helped us by phone in an emergency and at other times to answer detailed operational questions. We are so grateful that TSE has our back and highly recommend them.

TSE Power Solutions is an excellent company! They took great care of the Generac air-cooled bypass generator we purchased with our house over 10 years ago. We were never without power. When we recently decided to replace this generator, Tom advised which Generac model would best meet the needs of our household. He & his very capable team worked with us in preparing for this rather complicated replacement, actively keeping us apprised as we approached the installation date. It was a joy to watch the talented, experienced TSE team in action, the inside & outside experts working perfectly together! It took a very long day to get everything hooked up, running, & tested but they all stayed until it was certain that we had a functional generator in place & the site completely cleaned up as a bonus. Excellent service

When an expensive part of my 48KW Generac failed just after the warranty expired, our dealer, TSE Power Solutions, was on site straight away to replace the part. Then, going above and beyond, Tom of our dealer TSE Power Solutions, called Generac to plead my case without my even asking. Generac were wonderful, standing behind their product, and covered the replaced part. A huge shout out to TSE Power Solutions and Generac for excellent service! This evolution was top notch, friendly and professional from the first time visit to determine what my needs were to the final installation. The office managed by 'L' provided timely and informative updates and handled all the paper work from beginning to end. Such a friendly, personal and professional person to work with. Unique service, where they look after coordinating all sub-contractors involved. We probably would not have bought a generator if we had to arrange subs ourselves. Thanks TSE!
