An excellent experience from estimate to installation

After receiving 5 estimates from dealers and considering how (and where) the generator would be installed, how much time it would take, and how long I might be without electricity during the installation, and the price, I went ahead with TSD Electric. The entire team was courteous, punctual, responsive, helpful and competent. I would give more than 5 stars, if I could.

I do not recommend this dealer.

I bought a whole house Generac generator from TSD Electric. I live in Westwood and so they told me that they would do their services in a timely manner--as they were local, however they did not do that. They did not do any of the things that they promised when selling the generator. It has now been ONE YEAR since that initial purchase and I am still chasing them as they do not return calls or follow up as a "Generac Authorized Dealer" should. I would give zero stars if that was an option

First Rate Dealer / First Rate Service

We highly recommend TSD Electric following their installation of a 22K Generator at our home. Although challenging, during a global pandemic and high demand nationally, the owner, Ioanni, his assistant Maria, and his staff worked with us to ensure delivery and final connection were accomplished before the dreaded winter storm season in New England. They regularly updated us on shipping and helped lay the groundwork for installation by coordinating with us and our propane provider so that all trenching, plumbing and electrical connections, including the transfer switch, were completed before the ground froze in advance of the generator's arrival. During an historically difficult time, TSD came through for us when it counted, giving us peace of mind.

Replacement of Existing Generator

From the very first contact, TSD Electric has been exemplary. They quickly set up an appointment for a meeting at my home and sent a very knowledgeable representative. He took time to explain to me what we needed and how it would work. He also let me know what was not needed which saved me some money. From there, TSD Electric's office staff helped me process of scheduling kept me informed every step of the way. I had nothing to do but sit back and wait for the process to complete and the generator to arrive.The installation was flawless. The team showed up when they said they would, produced a very professional installation, and left a clean work area.If someone wants a stress free installation, than TSD Electric is the way to go!
