Excellent Experience

This company was recommended to me by my nephew. I've been on the fence about getting a home back up generator for a while. I finally called this company and Jim came out to give me an estimate. He covered everything about the model I'd need, how it worked and I was sold. They had the one in needed in stock and it was installed today. It was a seamless installation. They finished ahead of schedule and went through a thorough explanation of how it works and what to look for. I'm not the best at tech but feel confident that I will know what to do if there is an issue. I would give them ten stars if that were possible. Great job. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Great Experience - Highly Recommend

I highly recommend TruPower Generator company for anyone looking to install a Generac home unit. Jim the owner was great to work with from start to finish. It is hard to find people with both the expertise, work ethic and customer service like Jim and his associate. They were very informative and let me "watch them" so I could gain the knowledge about the installation and unit.

When I called Generac to request a rough estimate as to the cost to have a Generac generator installed, I was directed to Trupower. Diane who was very pleasant answered the phone and asked me several questions. She was obviously very knowledgeable and gave me a rough estimate based on my answers to her questions. Diane then suggested her husband come to see my home and then he\u2019d be able to give me a definitive quote which he did. I felt it was a very reasonable quote and we arranged an installation date for the following week.Jim and John, his gas man, had my generator installed within 4 hours. They were able to solve a potential unsightly gas line problem by running the line through my pantry and out of sight. Excellent. The generator was installed about 4-5\u2019 from my air conditioner and they look neat and tidy. I am thrilled with my new Generac Generator and the Service provided by Diane and Jim of Trupower Generator Service!
