Trupower Generator Service

Best Service

Best sales and support staff. They provide something that doesn’t seem to exist in this world anymore, honest, upfront and excellent customer service.

Outstanding Service

From the moment I reached out to Trupower, they were extremely helpful and professional. Joe gave me a fair quote. When I asked if should install a larger generator (more $$$ for them) he let me know it was unnecessary, the one he spec'd was more than enough for my needs. Diane was incredibly responsive to all my emails around logistics and helped me with the permitting process. Finally, the installation itself was professionally done and I am thrilled with the result and subsequent peace of mind. Thanks!

Great Experience

From my initial call through and after the installation, the communication and service has been excellent. I highly recommend Trupower Generator Services.

Happy with our installation

We just purchased a new whole house Generac generator from Trupower Generator in Darien, IL. Jim, the owner and his electrician, Gene, did a very professional job on the installation. They worked with us regarding our preferred site and on the challenging electrical wiring that needed to be run from one end of our house to the other side. I highly recommend them for their careful installation.

Thankfulness

The owner of TruPower Generator, Inc., has given us excellent quality 5 star plus service to us. He has treated us like family with integrity and consideration! We truly and highly recommend his service to all people!

Excellent Experience

This company was recommended to me by my nephew. I've been on the fence about getting a home back up generator for a while. I finally called this company and Jim came out to give me an estimate. He covered everything about the model I'd need, how it worked and I was sold. They had the one in needed in stock and it was installed today. It was a seamless installation. They finished ahead of schedule and went through a thorough explanation of how it works and what to look for. I'm not the best at tech but feel confident that I will know what to do if there is an issue. I would give them ten stars if that were possible. Great job. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
