We put in a large whole-house generator because we lose power with some frequency in our neighborhood, and we have electric sump pumps to keep our basement from flooding. TriStar worked with us to select the right product considering the circumstances and limitations of our neighborhood permitting process. Our point person, Scott, was fantastic and very responsive. We continue to have great luck with the generator and with TriStar!

We have enjoyed working with Tri Star Electric for the past 4+ years. When we decided to install a generator, they were patient and explained to us what equipment would best fit our needs. Installation was handled professionally and they guys were very polite. Maintenance is scheduled and taken care of each year to keep the generator running smoothly. We lost power for 4 days this summer and knowing our generator was properly maintained gave us piece of mind during those days; we knew it would continue to keep us in electricity! When I have called the office the staff have been professional, courteous, and prompt to answer my questions.
