Never use this company to install a generator!
Why not to use Triple-S Electric: 1) Very poor time management and treated my generator installation with very low priority. 2) Very poor level of quality craftmanship - filthy job site maintenance and damaged property. 3) Low skill level - made numerous installation mistakes that had to be corrected by other contractors. 4) Exceptionally poor communication regarding progress of the project and no operation instruction after installation.

I highly recommend Triple S Electrical they responded very quick to my request and got me all the answers within a very short time. We are extremely happy with our new generac system.
