Generator Servicing

Last Monday, Nov. 3, I had some major surgery done on my GENERAC generator. It was time for "Super Maintenance" and your service man did a SUPER job! His name is Joe and he did a great job servicing my machine. He arrived on time and went right to work. He changed the oil and oil filter, put in a new battery, adjusted the valves, put in a new air filter, and even cleaned the top of the generator. All this while I looked over his shoulder and asked questions, lots of questions. I am impressed with Mr. Joe. He is very knowledgeable about your product, well spoken, and easy to talk to. It took him less than an hour to complete his work, despite my constant jabbering. He's a KEEPER!

Do NOT USE TRINITY!

I bought my 24K Generac from Trinity. It is only 3 years old. I have had a service contract with them every year for annual maintenance. It doesn't matter that I am a good customer. They are unprofessional. They are rude and they LIE. Their technicians could not figure out where the oil was leaking from.Charged me $235 only for it to leak out again three weeks later. Made me wait 2 weeks to get someone back to my house. And then smugly acted like they were doing me a favor. Customers do not have to be abused by contractors.

Outstanding job. 5 Stars

I had initially gotten a quote for the purchase and installation of my 22KW Generac generator from an electrician. He suggested contacting a Generac dealer to purchase and install my generator. Since I would have to contact a dealer if I had a problem with my generator after installation anyway, it seemed like a good idea. I got a quote from Trinity Generators which was substantially less than my previous quote. Getting the generator from Trinity was an easy choice. They did an outstanding job of installing the generator. Trinity handled all the paperwork and permits all the way to the final inspection of the installation. Trinity sent 4 technicians to install the generator. They started at 9am and finished right after lunch. The installation was fast and neat. They treated the installation as if my home was theirs. They removed all packing material and trash and left my home just as it was before they were there. I couldn’t be more satisfied and happy with my decision to have them add a generator to my home. 5 Stars!!!!

GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH

In our family we have three generators and the service is great and on time always.

Outstanding Experience!

Highly recommend, extremely pleased. Exceptional value and service.

Does not stand behind their work

Gas pipe they installed for the Generator they installed was leaking for who knows how long. Had them out to service the unit in February and they did not check the pipe for leaks then. (The tech that came out to fix the leak said they do not check the pipes) When I called them to see if they would warranty their work they said they would be right out and did not say they were going to charge me for a service call . They came out without the proper tools ( I had to let them use mine) and then they sent me an invoice for a service call. They also said they would need to come back to paint the pipes they installed because they were rusting. That would be an additional charge! The unit was installed in March of 2022. Very disappointed with their lack of responsibility for their work. Beware of their workmanship and their lack of customer Care.

Great Company to work with

I checked with several Electrical Contractors before hiring Trinity to install my whole house Generator. Their price was very competitive with the other companies. I went with them because they offered no cost financing and they also took care of getting permits and contacting the utility companies. Most of the other companies did not offer this. They also were very professional and did an excellent job. The crew was very friendly and explained everything in detail. Very happy with the service and the product.

SJB

I called 3 different dealers when shopping for a new generator. Trinity Generators and Electrical was by far the best company. They gave me a reasonable quote and answered all my questions. Extremely informative. They did a great job with the installation and I couldn’t be happier!
