Does not stand behind their work

Gas pipe they installed for the Generator they installed was leaking for who knows how long. Had them out to service the unit in February and they did not check the pipe for leaks then. (The tech that came out to fix the leak said they do not check the pipes)

Great Company to work with

I checked with several Electrical Contractors before hiring Trinity to install my whole house Generator. Their price was very competitive with the other companies. I went with them because they offered no cost financing and they also took care of getting permits and contacting the utility companies. Most of the other companies did not offer this. They also were very professional and did an excellent job. The crew was very friendly and explained everything in detail. Very happy with the service and the product.

Great Company

Very professional with quoting the project. Proposal was very detailed. Explained everything that I had questions about. Got the generator installed faster then the time stated on the proposal. The installers explained everything at install. Great install

Avoid

I had them provide a quote. They seemed persistent that I did not need to be there when they came to the house, so I wasn't. Thus, they never came into the house to see where the electricity came in. I did send them pictures. I sent them several follow-up questions the day the quote arrived and never got a response until I told them I went with another dealer.

Maintenance Call

The company who installed our generator was purchased by Trinity. We have a contract with them to come out twice a year and inspect the generator. On Wednesday our generator did not run the self test, so we looked at it and saw the red/yellow lights on. My wife called them and got the answer that they have to put the order in the system and there is no way to know when someone will be here. My wife is an RN, so she had to work yesterday on second shift. After 3PM, yesterday I called them and asked them for an ETA, got none. They never return the calls either. I think it is time for us to find another company, a more responsive one.

Glad we used Trinity

We are very satisfied with our generator installed by Trinity. Jack, the owner, was extremely professional during the initial sales process, did not over-promise (as some of his competitors did), and met an aggressive time schedule for the installation The installers were also professional, took one- half day for the complete installation, and provided an excellent tutorial upon completion. Debbie, our main contact person in the office, took an interest in making sure the project remained on schedule.

This Dealer was really Great

Was very satisfied with the installation of my generator. The workman went out of their way to install the generator properly and I was very impressed. Would recommend this company very highly to anyone looking to get a generator installed.
