Exceptional Service!
Had a B service done and the technician was very professional. He took the time to answer my questions and taught me how to manually set the power relay on the transfer switch. Had the power go out 6 days later. Ran smooth for about 6 hours. Had the generator go down for a few seconds then came back up which prompted me to go check the generator. It was running rough. Call Trinity and he helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. I had a buildup of ice on my filter. I removed the ice and cleaned it all off. Performed an Operational check and the generator was running smoothly. I highly recommend Trinity Circuits. Their service and support is off the chain!

Great guy and service!
Jeff was absolutely fantastic!! Cleaned up the generator like we were gonna eat off it. Knew everything there was to know about it, ran all kinds of tests. Very easy guy to visit with. Very reasonably priced! Glad we found him and he will be our service provider as long as he's at it!

This dealer is great !
Trinity Circuits sent out a representative to our home and he was very knowledgeable. We ask many questions and he answered all of them. So my husband and I talked about putting in the generator and we chose the Generac 22k.we absolutely love it and we don't have to worry about power outages anymore. A great Company we can depend on. Thanks Trinity !!

I am very happy with my new Generator!!!
I contacted Trinity Circuits about a whole house generator. They were at my house the next day and told me about all of my options. I ordered a 22kw and it showed up in 4 days!!!! WOW I was surprised it was so fast. In one day they had it installed, could not be more satisfied. I just wish they had different colors to choose from on the generator and switch, still looks good!!! I am happy with it.
