POOR COMMUNICATION
I emails this company because my whole house generator is acting up. They promptly called me to schedule an appointment. I briefly described what my unit was doing. An appointment was schedules for a couple days out which I thought was great. Their person arrives earlier the scheduled which was great. Well I though it was great until I found out he as a sales man not a repair tech. Not only was there a miscommunication on what we needed we also found out they don't service units they didn't install.. Which leads to the next issue. The previous home owner had then unit install and we have no idea who installed it
