Tri-state Water, Power & Air

Great installation team they did great job. Trenton and his team did a awesome job.

Terrible experience

They broke my generator back in February but told me they fixed it. I figured out months later that it hasn't been running on the schedule because the last time it every worked was the day they were here, it did not run on it's own the following weekly test but I didn't realize it until we had a brownout and I noticed it didn't kick on, I checked the app and yeah there is something wrong with it. So I called them a week ago and they said they would have someone out this week on Wednesday, well I've been sick and busy so I just remembered they didn't come out and I called and they claimed I wasn't on the schedule so I asked when they could get someone out (keep in mind today is 6/13/25) and they said 7/7/25 which is way too long to wait given the fact weather has been crazy and so on. They did offer to fix it for free but that no longer matters.

Unreasonably Expensive

Replaced an installed failed Generac 20KW with a new 22KW. It was a plug and play installation. This company quoted around $6000 to install with an additional $1500 to install the included replacement transfer switch. Far too expensive and not competitive for the area. Their local representative, who surveyed the job, was friendly and knowledgeable. His management came back with the estimate he said. I found a local Generac certified technician who drove nearly 40 miles to help me install it in less than half a day. His bill ... $340 which included fuel hook up!
