Don't NOT use Tri-State!
Beware of Tri-State Water, Power & Air as your Generac dealer. They take as much money as they can swindle from an elderly woman, convince you that if you don't have your Generac serviced annually by an authorized dealer you will violate your warranty, and then they will change the break-in oil after the unit has only run for about an hour, when the break-in oil is specifically intended to run through the system for the first 25 hours of operation before regular oil is used to replace it. These people have zero ethics and zero concern for your Generac or your pocket book. Bunch of manipulative, selfish swindlers!

Awesome Company
Very Professional from Start to Finish. My Power Advisor answered all my questions and then the installers took extra time to make sure I was set up on the mobile app. I cannot say enough about Tri State Power, I totally recommend this Company if you are looking for a whole home generator
