Tri-state Water, Power & Air

On time and meet with the schedule for installation. Would recommend

Bad customer care.

Waited for a sales person who never showed up for the scheduled appointment. Not even a phone call.

Great Company

They are an amazing company to work with and the value was great compared to what competitors were offering it’s well worth the extra money.

Great Company

Scott was great he explained everything we needed to know and went over all the warranties and company warranties. The Install went extra smooth and the crew was amazing and cleaned up after they finished. I would recommend Tristate to do a project anytime

Way too expensive

Almost $10K more than the other quote I got. Not sure how that’s even possible? Highway robbery I guess.

GREATEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Making a large purchase such as a generator comes with the worries and uncertainty-BUT I cannot explain how amazing the entire process was from start to finish. Our representative arrived on time and sat down with us to answer all of our questions before diving into the details and nitty gritty sales stuff. We had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley during our appointment and she was welcoming and accommodating with great demeanor. Little did we know she would be our contact through the entire installation process; she made sure we were kept informed during the permitting (Hinsdale is no easy village to navigate/communicate with) and executed it flawlessly and in a record-breaking timeframe. Once we had our date for the crew to install our new Generac, we of course had more questions but didn't even need to ask them, she explained what would happen from the minute the team pulled up to the house to the minute they were complete. 10/10 stars- these team knows their stuff and it shows with the efficiency of their office.
