Great to work with
This is a great business to work with. The tech was able to come out and service the generator and just bill us, which was nice. He was also extremely reasonable on price. He took his time to explain everything to me and I was grateful for that.

With any product, the number one goal for any family is piece of mind, but secondly someone who knows and represents his or her business at the highest level of expertise. Our Family has found this in Tri-State Generators. The staff has the highest level of professional and expertise in the business and represents Generac perfectly. Product is the best in the business as well.

Super Service
Had some starting issues with my generator that my previous service provider could not solve. Called Tri-State and Bill was out the next day to fix my generator. Did a great job and now it is running perfectly. I am very pleased with the service experience and will use him in the future for my service needs.

No response
I am interested in getting a generator for my home. I called this dealer several times and left messages. i never got a response.I'm moving on.

Won't return calls
3 weeks ago the agreed to service Generator and never called and did not show up. Since then I've call several times and no calls have been returned.

Great company !
Had Tri State come out and help me finish setting up my home generator. Extremely professional and customer oriented. I would recommend this company to anyone. This company goes well beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.

We are VERY satisfied with this dealer!
We had our generac installed this summer. The dealer is great! Work was done professionally, with special attention to the appearance; no visible wires, etc. Since then we have had two power failures. After the first one, we called Bill on a Saturday to "check out" what we thought was a problem. He came to our house within minutes (on a SATURDAY!) and addressed the issue promptly and effectivel. Anyone interested in a whole-house generator -- with service after the installation -- should contact Bill at Tri-State Generators!
