Mike has serviced my home propane machine and replaced a broken one. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Generac line and always comes ready to fix almost anything.

Outstanding service
The service rep (Mike) is outstanding and I would highly recommend you use their service. Always on time and very professional. I have been using Tri County for over two years. Just added Mobile link to check on generator when I'm away.

Knows generators
I have a Generac NP-30G installed in my RV. The generator and the RV are both very old. I called Mike, explained the installation and what I wanted. He quickly made an appointment. At the appointed time, he immediately got to work, repaired my generator, keeping me informed about what he was doing. My generator now seems to work as new. I do not hesitate to endorse this business.
