Very responsive to my initial call for scheduling annual maintenance. always show up as scheduled and provide detailed feedback on what needs to be done to keep our generator running smoothly. power went off last week, and generator performed flawlessly.

I was referred to Tower Power Systems by a neighbor who recently had a generator put in by them. As a small business owner myself I try to whenever possible to support other local small businesses as well.I had nothing but wonderful experience with Russell Blinkhorn, owner and operator of Tower Power Systems. From the very beginning he was very responsive to all my questions (no less then 100 of them). The installation went very smoothly, he took a lot of time to explain how the generator works including when it will do it's weekly test run. We opted to get the service contract as well and he just recently came out in 15 degree weather and did the 6 month servicing on it. I am very pleased with everything and will continue spreading the word to others about Tower Power Systems. Thank you!

REPEATED POWER LOSS- NO MORE

We decided to install standby generator because our electrical service from PEPCO was so poor. We normally lost power several times a year often for periods of 24 hours or more. I had seen an advertisement for Tower Power Systems. We were met by a representative and were fully informed of the process and what was involved. I chose Tower because it was a turnkey installation, including all approvals and permits. Anyone served by PEPCO has had problems in recent years. In our case we repeatedly lost freezers full of food in the summer and went without heat in the winter. I would unhesitatingly recommend Tower Power to my friends, because of their careful and complete installation of the standby generator.

Snow Storm

Two years ago we lost our electricity during a snow storm for almost 2 days. As a result, the temperature in our bedroom went down to 45 degrees. At that time I decided to look into buying a generator for our home. I did some research on the internet and decided I wanted to purchase a Generac generator. I then looked on the internet for a Generac distributor. I came across the name of Tower Power Systems and I read a good review one of its customers had written concerning Tower Power. I contacted Tower Power and a representative came to my home and explain everything I needed to know in order to make a decision as to the size of generator I needed. Further, I was given a very good price for the installation of the generator. I was always kept well informed as to the progress of the installation of the generator. The job Tower Power did in installing the generator was excellent and I would recommend the company to anyone interested in purchasing a generator.
