Very responsive to my initial call for scheduling annual maintenance. always show up as scheduled and provide detailed feedback on what needs to be done to keep our generator running smoothly. power went off last week, and generator performed flawlessly.

The installation went very smoothly, he took a lot of time to explain how the generator works including when it will do it's weekly test run. We opted to get the service contract as well and he just recently came out in 15 degree weather and did the 6 month servicing on it. We decided to install standby generator because our electrical service from PEPCO was so poor. We normally lost power several times a year often for periods of 24 hours or more. I had seen an advertisement for Tower Power Systems. We were met by a representative and were fully informed of the process and what was involved. I chose Tower because it was a turnkey installation, including all approvals and permits. Anyone served by PEPCO has had problems in recent years. In our case we repeatedly lost freezers full of food in the summer and went without heat in the winter.
