No communication

This dealer would not return my phone call. it would have been great if they would have called back to say that they could not give me service.

Excellent in all respects

They installed my generator about 7 years ago and I have been completely satisfied in all respects. I recommend them without any hesitation. I think you would be completely satisfied should you use them.

Excellent Dealer

Purchased a 22KW generator. Paul came out for a consultation and explained the process and what size would meet my needs. Generator was delivered within a week and installation was perfect. Actually Paul and Linda came out on a Saturday to test run the generator and explain the operation. I would recommend J. Paul Craig Electric for anyone looking for a back-up generator in their area. Great customer service, knowledge and just overall great people!!!!

Great company for the DIY

P&L makes it easy to do business with them whether it's buying a new generator, servicing an existing generator, or just needing some parts. They support the DIYers with a large inventory of almost any item you would need to do a self-repair. We've purchased several parts from P&L for our 2006 16kw Generac and, with every purchase, we get a good price for the product along with helpful suggestions on troubleshooting and installation. It's very rare we need something they don't have in stock; however, Linda promptly orders the part and we have it in a reasonable time. We appreciate all of the suggestions on making our generator more efficient. The surge line we added took the lug out of the generator when the AC came on during a power outage. We know our limitations on repairs so we called Linda at P&L when we had a problem that was out of our league. Jessica and Thomas came out in the freezing weather and took care of everything. We thawed them out with large steaming mugs of hot chocolate. I'm excited about their new customer portal (under construction as of this post) that will give their customers work history, billing, etc. when all the data is finally ported over from their old system.

This dealer provides excellent service!

The service provided by this dealer was excellent, very professional but with a personal touch that lets you know they really care about the individuals they serve and strive to please the customer. I would highly recommend this dealer!

P&L Enterprise is the best !!!

I had there company install a 22kw home backup unit at my home. The Installation was beyond my expectation and the personal was even better. I don't think you could get a better company to deal with.

excellent service

decided on these folks after internet search and word of mouth from other local customers. I feel I made the best choice going with a "package" purchase. nice folks from beginning to completion; very professional, informative, recommend highly. thanks Paul, Linda, and crew....

Very professional

My husband and I met Linda and Paul many years ago on a shared job. Was impressed that they worked together like we did. Needed service on our Generac that was installed by another company, they responded as if they had installed it themselves. I have since recommended then to my best friend, who had them to her intall and my mom, what more can I say.

Great dealer, great staff, great product!

P & L Enterprise is the best! Paul came and gave us a free assessment of the electrical needs for our home. We have a medical need for a backup power source and he alleviated our concerns regarding the installation and usage of the equipment. He answered all our questions, worked with us in a timely manner to get the work coordinated and the equipment installed. Linda has been very helpful via phone to answer all follow up questions regarding maintenance and other issues. Everyone working on our home site was fast, efficient, and very professional. The job was turnkey in one weeks time! Thanks P & L Enterprise for making our lives better!

Outstanding Operation

Paul and Linda Craig did a truly outstanding job for us. From the first contact to the completion of the installation of the 20KW standby generator they were a pleasure to work with. Their expertise, professionalism, customer service and quality of work was outstanding. All of their staff were equally outstanding. I am glad they will be maintaining our system. I highly recommend them.
