Generac Install

I recently had a Generac home standby generator installed by Touchstone, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. From the first consultation to the final installation and walkthrough, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The Touchstone team was extremely knowledgeable about the Generac product line and helped me choose the right model for my home’s needs. They were patient in answering all my questions and made sure I understood the installation timeline and costs upfront—no surprises. On installation day, the crew arrived on time, worked neatly, and completed the setup quicker than expected. They coordinated all the necessary permits and inspections, which made things much easier for me. After installation, they walked me through how the system works and what to expect during a power outage. Their attention to detail and customer care was impressive. Since the install, the generator has already kicked in during a short power outage, and it worked flawlessly. It’s such a relief knowing I don’t have to worry about losing power during storms or grid issues. Highly recommend both Generac generators for their reliability and Touchstone for their top-notch service!
