Disgrace of a company!

I signed a contract on February 26th of 2021. Unit did not get delivered till first of November. OK, I can understand back orders with current times. What i cant understand is I had to constantly call for updates and not once did they reach out to me. Unit got delivered and they piped unit in which I had to change on my own because there was not enough clearance to get electrical cabinet open. There electrical installer which is an outside company, punched a huge hole in my brick house to run conduit through it because he couldn't figure out how to get conduit plum and straight. Now the whole is filled up with white foam on brown brick. Also the electrician used white caulk up and down the sides of the transfer switch panel on a dark brown brick house. He said he didn't know if his boss would be OK buying the correct color cause the of the price of colored caulk. Even with this, he never even caulked the top of the transfer switch panel which should be the first place to have sealed the panel to the home.I complained to them about this over two weeks ago and have not had one call from them nor seen them show back up to finish the job.I called them today 12-6-21 to have them send me a revised bill of price of generator and start up once electrical is finished by my contractor. They will not be allowed on my property nor will i promote any products that this location sells.I Own my own industrial serviced based business and this is one of the worst companies i have ever seen.Just thought you should know who is selling your products and what kind of name they are giving you.Makes me want to start another business installing Generac dealers to put these guys out of business.
